Brief Information: Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has announced exciting career opportunities for energetic, committed, talented, and friendly individuals to join as Cabin Crew (Males/Females). To be eligible, applicants must have completed a minimum graduation from an HEC-recognized institute. The maximum age for cabin crew trainees is 25 years, including all age relaxations, as of the last date of application submission. Experienced cabin crew members can apply up to the age of 30 years, provided they hold a valid Cabin Crew Competency Certificate issued by the Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority. For male candidates applying as flight stewards, the minimum height requirement is 5 feet 6 inches, while female candidates applying as air hostesses must have a minimum height of 5 feet 2 inches. Weight should be proportionate to height as per BMI standards. Additionally, female candidates must be unmarried. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Urdu is mandatory, while knowledge of any other regional or foreign language will be considered an added advantage. Candidates must also have perfect eyesight, though the use of contact lenses is permissible. Applicants with spectacles or skin problems are discouraged from applying, as health standards will be assessed by the PIA Medical Board.

Selected candidates will be offered a market-based salary along with other attractive benefits, including opportunities to travel to different destinations. The appointment will be made on a two-year extendable contract based on performance and company requirements. There are a total of 40 vacancies available for this position.

The selection process involves a computer-based test (CBT) conducted by an independent testing agency, followed by a grooming assessment and an interview for candidates who secure 70% or more marks in the CBT. Successful candidates will also undergo a thorough medical examination as per PIA policy.
